Natraj Papad masala

Ingredients:-

 

Coriander seeds, Cumin, Red Chillies, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Iodised Salt, Dried Ginger, Mustard, Fennel, Seeds, Garlic, Cassia, Fenugreek Leaves, Cardamom Amomum, Cloves, Nutmeg, Green Cardamom, Mace, Asafoetida.

How to Use : –

1 Papad

1 tbs ghee/butter

1 tbs Natraj Papad Masala

1 chopped Onion

1 chopped tomato

1 chopped Green chili

½ tbs chopped green coriander

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions

Roast the papad and put ghee on it

Put chopped onion, tomato,and green chili on that

Sprinkle Natraj Papad Masala on it

Sprinkle green coriander on it.

Serve it with high tea or as starter.
